Ingredients:
- Whole wheat bread 4 oz.
- Cottage cheese 2 tbsp.
- Sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp.
- Spinach 1/2 cup
- Egg 1 pc
- Salt, pepper to taste

- Fat: ~17 g
- Carbs: ~58 g
Calories: ~476 kcal
Instructions:
- Toast the whole wheat bread in a frying pan or toaster.
- Chop half of the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and mix with the cottage cheese.
- Boil the hard-boiled egg (about 8-10 minutes), then peel and slice.
- Spread the mixture on the bread slices. Place the remaining sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach on top of the hard-boiled egg. Cover the top with another slice of bread and serve....
