Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp butter (35 kcal)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (5 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (5 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
  • 1 cup steamed asparagus (30 kcal)

Calories: ~315 kcal.

Macronutrients: protein: ~30 g, fat: ~21 g, carbs: ~10 g.

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  2. In a separate small pan, melt the butter, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Serve with steamed asparagus....
