- 1 garlic clove, minced (5 kcal)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (5 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- 1 cup steamed asparagus (30 kcal)
Calories: ~315 kcal.
Macronutrients: protein: ~30 g, fat: ~21 g, carbs: ~10 g.
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- In a separate small pan, melt the butter, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve with steamed asparagus....
