  • Ground beef 3 oz.
  • Chicken mince 2 oz.
  • Onions 1/4 pc
  • Cranberries 1/3 cup
  • Orange juice 1 tbsp.
  • Honey 1 tsp.
  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Broccoli 1/2 cup
  • Carrots 1/3 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:
