  • Ground beef 3 oz.
  • Chicken mince 2 oz.
  • Onions 1/4 pcs
  • Couscous 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • Canned corn 1/4 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 1 pc
  • Olive oil 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: ~30 g
  • Fat: ~27 g
  • Carbs: ~34 g
  • Calories: ~494

Instructions:

  • Chop the onion, mix with the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Form walnut-sized meatballs (about 8 pieces).
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and bake for 30 minutes.
