Ingredients:

  • Beef 5 oz.
  • Sweet potato 1/2 cup
  • Canned corn 1/4 cup
  • Sweet peppers 1/4 cup
  • Carrots 1/4 cup
  • Onion 1/4 pc
  • Garlic 1 pc
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Honey 1 tsp.
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp.
  • Lettuce leaves 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil, fry the sliced beef until golden. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots, and cook for a further 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour in the soy sauce and add the honey, stir, and stew for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Dice the sweet potato and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 20 minutes.
