- White fish fillets (e. g. cod) 5 oz.
- Orange juice 2 tbsp.
- Orange zest 1/2 tsp.
- Ginger 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce 2 tsp.
- Honey 1 tsp.
- Broccoli 1/4 cup
- Cauliflower 1/4 cup
- Carrots 1/4 cup
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Basmati rice 1/3 cup
- Salt, pepper to taste

Calories: ~437 kcal
Instructions:
- Mix the orange juice, zest, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Marinate the fish in this mixture for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the fish on a baking tray and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 15 minutes.
- Slice the carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli. Bake them with olive oil in the oven on the same baking tray or a separate tray for around 15 minutes.
