Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (110 kcal)
- 1 cup grilled vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant) (100 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- 1 oz feta cheese, crumbled (80 kcal)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (5 kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
