Ingredients:
- 1 cup firm tofu, cubed (175 kcal)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) (50 kcal)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (10 kcal)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (40 kcal)
- 2/3 cup cooked brown rice (150 kcal)
Calories: ~425 kcal.
Macronutrients: protein: ~22 g, fat: ~15 g, carbs: ~55 g.
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
