  • 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
  • 1 cup steamed green beans (30 kcal)
  • 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes (115 kcal)
  • Salt, pepper, and herbs to taste

Calories: ~325 kcal.

Macronutrients: protein: ~34 g, fat: ~8 g, carbs: ~32 g.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Place the cod filet on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
