  • Beef 4 oz.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger 1 tsp.
  • Red onion 1 pc
  • Rice noodles 1/2 cup
  • Sweet pepper 1/4 cup
  • Carrots 1/4 cup
  • Broccoli 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger 1 tsp.
  • Garlic 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil 1 tsp.

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: ~35 g
  • Fat: ~20 g
  • Carbs: ~74 g
  • Calories: ~604

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and grated ginger. Dice the onion and add to the mixture. Marinate the roast beef in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Sear the beef on all sides for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Bake the meat for about 30-35 minutes for medium rare or longer, depending on your preference.
