  • Canned tuna 4 oz.
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Quinoa 1/4 cup
  • Cucumber 1/4 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Olives 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp.
  • Canned red beans 2 oz.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:
