Ingredients:

  • 6 oz (170 g) chicken breast (280 kcal)
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed (110 kcal)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (5 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp butter (100 kcal)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk (30 kcal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Calories: ~525 kcal

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: ~45 g
  • Fat: ~16 g
  • Carbs: ~50 g

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes until tender. Drain, then mash with butter, milk, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
