Ingredients:
- 6 oz (170 g) chicken breast (280 kcal)
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed (110 kcal)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (5 kcal)
- 1 tbsp butter (100 kcal)
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk (30 kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
