Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (200 kcal)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (30 kcal)
  • 1 large egg (70 kcal)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (50 kcal)

Calories: ~350 kcal

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: ~10 g
  • Fat: ~10 g
  • Carbs: ~55 g

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg and almond milk. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  3. Top the pancakes with fresh berries and enjoy....
