Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (200 kcal)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (30 kcal)
- 1 large egg (70 kcal)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (50 kcal)

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg and almond milk. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
