  • 1/4 cup spinach (2 kcal)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil over a medium heat. Add diced bell peppers, onions, and spinach. Sauté until soft.
