- Tortilla 1 pc
- Chicken filet 3 oz
- Red beans (canned) 1/4 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 oz.
- Tomato sauce (salsa) 1 tbsp.
- Green onions 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Pan-fry the chicken fillets (cut into small pieces) with 1 tbsp of olive oil until cooked through.
