Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 5 oz.
  • Brown rice 1/3 cup
  • Sweet peppers 1/2 cup
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • Onions 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic 1 pc
  • Paprika 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Place the diced chicken in a heated frying pan with olive oil. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden, then set the chicken aside.
  • In the same pan, fry the chopped onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook for another 3 minutes.
