  • Greek or natural yogurt (3%) 5 oz.
  • Berries (raspberries, blueberries) 3 oz.
  • Banana 1/2 pc
  • Chia seeds 1 tbsp.

Macronutrients: Protein: ~10 g Fat: ~7 g Carbs: ~27 g Calories: ~215

Instructions:

  • Mix the yogurt with the chia seeds and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes.
