Ingredients:
- Chicken filet 3 oz.
- Quinoa 1/4 cup
- Cucumber 1/3 cup
- Tomatoes 1/3 cup
- Sweet peppers 1/3 cup
- Carrots 1/3 cup
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- Wine vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Mint 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package (around 12-15 minutes)
