Ingredients:

  • Beef (tenderloin) 5 oz.
  • Whole grain pasta 1/3 cup
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Onions 1/2 pc
  • Garlic 1 pc
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Cream (10%) 1/4 cup
  • Lettuce 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Macronutrients: Protein: ~43 g Fat: ~39 g Carbs: ~57 g Calories: ~755

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta in salted water according to the directions on the packaging (around 8-10 minutes).
  • Cut the beef into small pieces and fry in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil until golden (5-7 minutes). Add finely chopped onion and garlic, and fry for another 2 minutes.
