  • Egg 2 pcs
  • Whole wheat bread 2 oz.
  • Tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Sweet peppers 1/4 cup
  • Cilantro (fresh) 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic 1 pc
  • Chili pepper 1/4 tbsp.
  • Ginger 1/2 tbsp.
  • Lime 1/4 pc
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Toast the bread on a dry frying pan or in a toaster.
