Both breasts should be the same size

Quite the opposite. In 44 % of women, one breast is smaller than the other. And when it comes to the shape and size of the nipples, identical breasts are hard to find.

There can only be two nipples

This is most often the case. But about 1 % of women and 2 % of men have more than two nipples. And they are not necessarily located on the breasts.
